No, this plugin is for server shops.

you can usually with standard essentials just put on the sign Sell 16 or more {item}

Well it's not just a sign shop plugin. It creates appealing menus with buy and sell, and even sell all of a certain item. Also there are sell multipliers, global multipliers, autosell, and other features.
