Probably a scam considering it's $35, not only that but you have 10-40 players yet you only got $100? On any server, especially prison, you would get way more than that.

Says +100$, my ranks was cheap to buy maybe thats why.

You can probably open a Scam Report on this seller because they listed it for "exclusive; one of a card". Or you can talk it out with the seller if they respond / start a dispute or chargeback on PayPal because you didn't receive the "exclusive" server.
