INTRODUCTION
Hello, my name is Carmada, I am one of two owners of the Cyberus Network. There were originally four of us, but had two other partners, within our Network, both dropped out due to real life complications. (The other owners were friends of mine and left on good terms. The first had to resign, as his coding skills were requested by the 7 Days to Die team, and shortly after the other owner followed suit.)
So here is what we are expecting from our partners, and also what you can expect from us.
PARTNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
From Us:
- The Towny Server is near launch ready for an Alpha launch
- Permissions are nearly completed.
From You:
- Opportunistic owner who is willing to contribute to the server
- Responsible, mature, and self-motivated person
- Over 18
- Have ideas and is willing to share
- Preferably has experience playing similar Minecraft servers
We are planning on releasing an Alpha of our server. By no means are we asking for completed servers, ss long as the servers have a majority of their coding, building, and are preparing for release in the near future in some form.

Our previous partnership was one in which all partners shared the same server up to a certain size, however, this is completely open to discussion. We currently pay for the server and are more than happy to add other worlds if you would like. Since the network is being built from the ground up, any decisions regarding the network are completely open for discussion and will be considered on a case by case basis.
STAFF RECRUITMENT
While partners are extremely valuable, we are also hiring staff. Our main focuses as of now for pre-alpha are developers (both web and server) as well as a lore writer. However, since we have already invested a lot of money into the server, the roles will not be paid for. Here is a list of all the roles we are offering;

Please note that if you apply for any role other than Web-Developer, Developer, Builder, or Lore Writer we will be rather strict about selecting for the simple fact that we are at capacity for many of these roles. (For pre-alpha anyways.)
