Cynical MC - Looking for you tubers! [Large Budget]

Hey, Im JC_Plays_MC and I'm the owner of the Cynical MC server and we are currently seeking youtubers to record on our server! We have no set requirements and are looking for almost anyone. If you have a large following/views per video we can discuss compensation in exchange for recording on our server. We have a rather large budget so we're open to hiring moderately large youtubers as well.

The server is prison based with features that have been custom designed and every aspect is highly detailed. The server features quests, jackpots, gangs, and other features planned and in development. It's not an OP prison, however it isn't a traditional prison server either, but more of a semi-op prison.

Well that's a complete joke then... Could you explain how $120 would make any logical sense for only 10k views.

No one who gets 5k-10k views is going to record a video for $25. You're looking at around $100 to $150 for that if I had to guess.

$25 was more of an average for bottom end (5k views) it would be approx $50 for 10k. If anyone is going to spend over $100 for a measly 10k views they need to reevaluate a lot.

That's just how it works! It's hard to put value on something, and obviously server owners and youtubers have decided that the range that I specified is the most fair for both - and if server owners keep doing it then I'm sure it's profitable in a lot of cases! Based off your value a YouTuber who gets 40k views would only get payed $200, which is ridiculous.

Actually I'm an experienced server owner who has hired YouTubers and is friends with several popular YouTubers. Anyone who knows what they're talking about would tell you you're wrong! You don't get to dictate how much something is worth, this is simply how it is. Don't expect server promotions to be similar to the amount that a network would pay, it's usually a lot more. And yes some YouTubers do use Google ads to get more profit, who the hell doesn't like profit.

I'd say at least $70-$80/video minimum. A spanish YT with 10k-30k views wanted $45/video, so this will be more expensive.

Thanks, for your input. Makes sense that English would be of more value, my prices are more estimates but overall it depends on who I'm hiring.

All I'm saying is it's going to be VERY hard to find someone who wants to do this for the money you want to pay them. You're simply not offering them enough money, they'll go to someone else who is paying at least the standard amount of money for this type of advertisement.
