In these terms and conditions, when said, 'I, me or myself' refers to 'Dark'. Regardless of how you use/purchase my services you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of the terms you may not access my services.

2. Terms
Charging back payments is strictly not allowed. Chargebacks will result in disputing it to PayPal to my fullest extent.
Transactions you send are under your 'name' and are authorized by you.
Redistribution of any materials is prohibited unless agreed upon by both parties.
I may terminate use to my service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever if you are to breach these terms.

3. Modifications
I may modify these terms, for any reason at any time. These changes do not affect the rights and obligation that arise prior to such changes.

4. Warranty
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of my or 'Dark' Services is an 'as is' basis. With all purchases unreliable for warranty.

He is active and friendly but I wouldn't hire him. He lied to the management of my server, then blatantly lied again when he was caught. I personally wouldn't trust him managing my server, he clearly didn't respect our server rules

I completely agree with this. When he came onto the server, he was very assertive about talking to the owner to advertise his managing services. He was told to go through the application process as any other person. Once the interview was finally underway, he did well, but copied and pasted in answers to some of the questions, which made what he was saying seem very disingenuous. Although that happened, he was invited to the staff team as a staff in training to see what he could bring to our team. Apart of being on our staff team is that you cannot work on other servers, and it was found out that he in fact does. When asked if he works for another server, he blatantly lies and says that he does not. He was then reminded the name of the other server he worked for and said: "IDK maybe." He then goes off about he left the other server, when in fact he did not, and "didn't know he was staff on that server." In conclusion, he was removed from the team immediately. All in all, I would heavily discourage anyone from receiving his services, let alone pay for them.

I totally agree with Shady and Hunter. I would not trust him managing any server. He lied to the management team which is totally unacceptable and also did not follow our rules which is such a rude thing to do on someone else's server. I would not hire him if i was you.
