  • Can upload Pictures
  • Templates & custom
    • Upload Themes
  • HTML Embed
    
  • Video Supported
• Possibility for E-Commerce Shopping Cart
• Possibility for Custom Domain Name
• Possible online chat support or atleast some decent support with reasonable response time
  • Email &/or Live Chat Support
• Monthly Payment Plans

Reasonable monthly price. I'm looking around $5-$10 max.

Just install Wordpress.
