Exactly what I tried to tell him. If the big name providers cant provide 100% uptime, how can they ?Offering a 100% uptime guarantee is literally insane considering providers like Amazon and Google don't offer that either. And I'm confident that their network and infrastructure is of higher quality than yours.
99% uptime is actually pretty low, no matter what context.
Uptime percentages mean literally nothing without a timeframe. xx% of uptime related to what? Apples? Cookies? Pancakes?
E.g 99% uptime for a year means your service will be up for at least 361 days which is actually really bad. 4 days of downtime? No thanks.
99% uptime in a single day means your service will be down for 25 minutes which is actually very bad too if you have this every day.

You don't find yourself sketchy for promising more reliability than Google Cloud and AWS?We stand by our claim. We have many factors in place to ensure uptime. We have 2 backup coolant units along with 1 million gallons of chilled water storage.
Regarding power we have another 2 backup generators with 200,000 gallons of diesel storage.
We also have multiple network providers.
In the rare event the gurantee was not met we offer the following.
99.9% Uptime 10% Credit
99.8% Uptime 20% Credit
99.7% Uptime 30% Credit
99.6% Uptime 40% Credit
99.5% Uptime 50% Credit
99.4% Uptime 60% Credit
99.3% Uptime 70% Credit
99.2% Uptime 80% Credit
99.1% Uptime 90% Credit
99.0% or Less Uptime 100% Credit

Again, providing any kind of uptime percentage guarantee is actually useless if you don't provide a time frame in which that uptime percentage applies. E.g: we promise 99.99995% uptime on a monthly basis.
I also use reliablesite just like you. In fact, I've been using them for the past 2 years and my monthly invoice with them is over $1700. I still wouldn't promise 100% uptime. It is on a monthly basis. You may contact the datacenter owner Choopa if you would like and they can verify facts about the datacenter and it’s infrastructure.
Ill be on the lookoutHey,
I'm looking for a dedicated server with a registered company who provides an Intel i7-770k server.

What if there's a problem with the server hardware itself not power or cooling. Also you probably don't want to say guarantee as it could cause to legal problems. We stand by our claim. There is always variables that we cannot completely cover. We can say what if all day. Honestly I believe this has been blown out of proportion. If you would like to discuss this more take it to a PM with me. This has gone way off the Op topic. What if there's a problem with the server hardware itself not power or cooling. Nop. We didnt take it too far. Your recommendation did. I'll keep it in my backhead to never do business with guys offering 100% uptime GURANTEEThere is always variables that we cannot completely cover. We can say what if all day.
