Dedicated Server From ServerMania - High Priority [Help]

So we have a 32gb dedi with ServerMania and are having difficulties setting it up.
If anyone can help we are willing to pay some money.

We have a 32 GB dedicated server, they provided us with a root username and password, we have the Main IP too, what do we do from here to setup the network
