So, I haven't seriously worked on an MC server in years now, pretty sure the last time was 1.6.4. My friend is looking to purchase a server config for factions (plugins, ranks, not worlds or anything).
The server should have an economy plugin with a shop. Apparently there is a plugin where you do /buy and it opens a gui with 3 pieces of paper, papers are names "black market" "ranks" and "keys". I assume that when you click on "black market" a standard market pops up with a list of goods, and when you click ranks or keys it links you to a buycraft site or the server's site. There's also a plugin with /sell hand and all your other standard factions plugins.
There are your standard ranks:
Owner
Dev
Admin
Mod
Trial-Mod
Next are the paid ranks:
God - $150
King - $75
Knight - $35
Rogue - $25
Mage - $10
Then you have time-based ranks achieved by playing for a number of hours, doesn't need auto rankup at set amount of hours, we can do it:
Citizen: 500 hours
Peasant: 120 hours
Then, of course, you have Member

We would also need keys set up, I don't understand why the owner wants it, but whatever.
