This is funny, you want MC-Market to remove permission to bump a certain amount of threads because you personally don't like it? facepalm

EDIT: This suggestion is just complete bullshit and it's super opinionated. This is how your thread sounds: "Please remove mass up-threading because I don't like it and this site must do something about it for me.
Yep, it is not opinion, it is fact. This is spam that clutters the entire sub-forum. What is your logic? You think it shouldn't be removed because it's opinionated? That's your argument against this?

Give one good reason why this is an ok thing to mass bump threads.

EDIT: Also your opinion is biased because you do this yourself, via your business account that you own:

Click the top headers (i.e. Start Date) to view different ones & sort the threads. Bumping is meant to be used and sorting exists so people can see different threads.

https://www.mc-market.org/forums/premade-builds/?order=post_date <- for example.
Thanks and I also have nothing against bumping threads. But when people bump 10-15 threads at once in the same forum, knocking everything down all at once, it's annoying.

I already expressed concerns about this issue like a year ago when some people bumped up to even 30 threads and I said I could do the same post all of my builds ( 40+) in separate threads and bump them each 24h as well but I was ignored by staff...

Personally I also feel like there should be some kind of limit.
Imagine the situation: you bump your thread and 5 min later someone else bumps 30 of his threads and your thread is instantly pushed back to 2nd page... That is disrespectful to other sellers and from my experience also repels many clients as it is seen as spam...

There is no point to ask for new tags Mick already stated he is not going to do it... he is supposedly working on new sorting system, which would kind of replace the tags I believe. (but we have been waiting for it already a year tho...) But why he removed "Shop" tag before this system was ready I can only guess...

Yes, like a year or two ago there were a tag "Shop" which was used by pretty much all non-exclusive sellers and most of non-exclusive builds were listed in single threads under such tag but Mick removed it (along with "Free" tag)... I believe staff explanation was: "There were too many tags"... and from that moment "Premade Builds" section has been filled with non-exclusive sellers bumping 10+ - 20+ threads on daily basis... But Mick doesn't care he just collects the money from Sticky advertisement threads and ignores the rest of the section... Maybe tags were removed on purpose to create more clutter in "Premade Builds" and make Sticky threads more desirable...who knows. (as we can see the price for it has rised from $7.50 (I believe when "Shop" tag was removed) to $25 now)

This has nothing to do with my threads, I don't care how long the up-threads are apart from each other. I'm just saying you're just wanting these removed because of your own ignorance. Literally, everyone bumps all their threads at once because it's convenient and you don't have to do one this time and one the other time.
My Ignorance? So your excuse for spamming a sub-forum full of dogshit is for convenience?

I mean I understand why you dislike it but it's a form of advertisement. If you had 1 thread then it wouldn't be detailed enough.
I make a thread per plugin. I own a couple of premium plugins so it's not like I'm just going to merge all their threads into one or just stop bumping altogether.

Just scroll past them if you don't like it. It's not really hard.

I get what you are saying but some people do it too much, just cluttering the entire sub-forum.

I know you can just "scroll past them" but how about we just disallow people from doing it?

This is honestly annoying and most of the people will disagree with this since they mass-bump their threads all the time. But this is honestly spam.

I mean look at the Premade Build Section, the builds in there have been the same builds for legit months now because of this mass bumping. When I need quick build for a network, I look to go purchase a exclusive spawn, which is nearly impossible to find because of this trash.

Please remove the ability to mass bump these threads, or at least make a tag for non-exclusive builds. I don't know if this happens on any other sub-forums.

That's not really a good idea.

This has been suggested and denied several times in the past. As long as the products that are being bumped meet reasonable levels of quality I don't think that it matters who the thread is posted by, and buyers most likely don't pay much attention who they buy builds/other products such as that from. These people who offer a whole bunch of products on the site have a competitive advantage because they offer so much to the community, and I don't see the problem with that.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
