DeliRealms - Staff Recruitment
Hey! Welcome to the staff application thread for DeliRealms, an upcoming custom made Minecraft network that aims to provide a unique take on popular gamemodes while still remaining vanilla-friendly. Currently, we are planning our initial release to contain only a Dungeons gamemode, however we plan to eventually expand to other gamemodes, some of which are already under development.
The server's development is wrapping up and as we get closer to release, we are looking to begin expanding our team and recruiting new support staff. We know recruitment has been slow with plenty of servers popping up left and right - however DeliRealms aims to provide a long term experience for individuals to grow their staffing experience on and to simply enjoy the gamemodes we provide. We are incredibly community focused, and as a staff member, you will have direct communication to management and a say in the direction of the server, regardless of your given rank.

We are currently recruiting for the following staff positions:
- Sr. Administrator (Managerial Assistant)
- Administrator
- Sr. Mods
- Moderators
- Helpers
Ranks will be given out based on prior experience and managerial review - but prior experience is not necessary. We will work with each candidate individually to find a perfect fit on our team!
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older (exceptions may be made at management's discretion)
- Be prepared to actively engage within the community (may be slow at the start)
- Speak clear English in both text and voice
- Previous experience is not required, but preferred for higher roles
