Gruss is a good person, and a nice one. Although, I feel that he allows his emotions to constantly govern his behavior, therefore he often abuses his power when he doesn't know what to do. I believe he should be demoted, there seems to be a lot of complaints, and he has warned/kicked me for many foolish reasons. That's just my $0.02.
