You have one 5 point warning from Gruss. It's for "Inappropriate Language // Defamatory or Harmful Content" and the description reads: "This user has been saying multiple sexual innuendos in chat // defaming staff members."
I just looked through the logs to find it and here's what I see:
(There's other stuff that other people are saying but here's the words between you two)
First, you made a joke and you get a few warning points for it. After you get upset, Gruss deletes these warning points. (Warning history is logged so I can see it)
You ask for how many warning points equate to a ban.
Gruss: 12 warning points for a 3 day ban Riaz
Riaz: Oh then, I'm fine, fuck you Gruss you fucking faggot. - Night lads

I recieved 2 5-point warnings which still stays on my warnings 2*5=10.
+ the ban for the butthurt thing.

Oh well, I was not informed by that. But its still 2 warnings for the same thing.
I'll ask about the second one and check if it's a mistake or not because it was given right after for the same reason.
We can only give out punishments if a rule is broken.

However, let's say he's being a bit too strict, your best go would be to PM an Admin with a few examples of his inappropriate warnings and actions.
There's no point in creating this suggestion thread as people will just rate 'agree' simply because it's something against staff as most threads.
