Demote M6Gaming (Read before ranting)

I have never ever ever thought that I would be making a suggestion thread asking for a staff member to be demoted. I hope this suggestion gets thought over by the administration, and is read in full.

First off, I saw M6Gaming make multiple rude comments towards avsterbone regarding his issue with his parents. They were extremely wrong to make, and to top it off, he was demanding to get contact information of his parents. I get that avsterbone is annoying sometimes, but this is just too far.

Second, M6Gaming is probably the most emotional person on this marketplace. He will be biased against you if you even merely disrespect him, or disagree with him. This doesn't belong in a Scam Resolver. A Scam Resolver is supposed to be unbiased.

Third, He acts like he's the ruler, and can do whatever he wants. Recently, he deleted avsterbone's loan thread because he thought his TOS was unfair, and proceeded to be extremely biased throughout that Scam Report. It's totally okay to consult with the upper staff and add a new rule, but taking it into your own hands and deleting someones thread is just the wrong way to approach things.

I get it, you may be thinking, well he only wronged avsterbone! Why should we change for him? Because this sort of thing will happen again. It's not a "let him off with a warning and hope". The question is not if he will do it again, it's when he will do it again.

I think that tjrgg and Doge are the best people for the Scam Resolver position. I've had arguments and disagreements with both, but we all still treat each other with respect, and don't hold grudges.

Please consider this, and add constructive thought. Do not start a flame war with me.

These comments were made offsite in a non-professional capacity. Was it unprofessional of him to make these sort of comments? Yeah. Is it that big of an issue? Not really. Avsterbone has made several negative comments and even YouTube videos harassing M6Gaming. Implying that M6Gaming has no right to retort or make negative comments in response is simply childish. Obviously the more adult thing to do would be to not make a comment and to ignore the situation, but ultimately he has no obligation to anyone here off-site, as far as I am concerned.

I have not really seen any sort of evidence of this, and if you are making these sort of allegations you definitely need to provide some semblance of proof or evidence to support this claim. I'm positive if you went to BeBosny with these allegations and you had actual evidence to back it up, something would be done about it. As is, I'm pretty sure this is just people being paranoid and making assumptions.

Honestly speaking, people saying that staff are biased against avsterbone are moronic. This user has systematically insulted and harassed several members of staff and other members of the community during his time here and has continuously been toxic and done little more than troll. When a toxic member like this comes to the community and is constantly insulting staff and making an ass out of himself, how do you expect staff to react? It's impossible for humans to not develop certain biases. That's human nature. If avsterbone does not want to be treated poorly, then he should not be treating staff poorly. That's like spitting on a McDonalds employee and then expecting them not to spit in your hamburger.

Everyone likes to hate on M6, but he works harder probably more than any other member of staff and is constantly dealing with scam reports and solving them in a timely manner. When other members of staff were working on scam reports, there were always long backlogs and people complaining. Not to mention the huge over-reaches of power that took place when Anthony was here and tried to turn the position into some sort of Gestapo secret police.

Consider this: Instead of M6 being the problem, maybe avsterbone is? He's the toxic one and is the one who caused the issues in the first place. How about instead of removing M6 as a scam resolver, we ban this toxic member who does nothing but troll, harass, and insult other members on a consistent basis?

There definitely needs to be some changes to what he can do, and what he can't do but he's a good scam resolver, who is dedicated to the job. So maybe Ajdin should get involved and change what he's allowed to do.

There's a lot of shit staff around the internet and there has been a lot of shit staff on this site in the past. I don't think M6gaming is an example of this and I'm overly cynical about most things. One user had to try fairly hard to piss him off and honestly failed compared to how a lot of people would've reacted. If this sort of response M6gaming gave starts happening to multiple people, then sure, look at it. As is, one case does not provide a correlation and is just an example of a bad user being treated how he treats others which is badly.

I think what the OP is trying to state is that you simply make a remark abou M6 that doesn't sit right with him, and you're either getting some salty comment saying how he's going to talk with Bosny or you get a warning. Yet there's no problem when M6 can mock users with no punishments. He's also told people to change on our forums because he doesn't like what they do, again something I'd see being rude. Other than that he's good at what he does.
