Demote M6Gaming (Read before ranting)

I have never ever ever thought that I would be making a suggestion thread asking for a staff member to be demoted. I hope this suggestion gets thought over by the administration, and is read in full.

First off, I saw M6Gaming make multiple rude comments towards avsterbone regarding his issue with his parents. They were extremely wrong to make, and to top it off, he was demanding to get contact information of his parents. I get that avsterbone is annoying sometimes, but this is just too far.

Second, M6Gaming is probably the most emotional person on this marketplace. He will be biased against you if you even merely disrespect him, or disagree with him. This doesn't belong in a Scam Resolver. A Scam Resolver is supposed to be unbiased.

Third, He acts like he's the ruler, and can do whatever he wants. Recently, he deleted avsterbone's loan thread because he thought his TOS was unfair, and proceeded to be extremely biased throughout that Scam Report. It's totally okay to consult with the upper staff and add a new rule, but taking it into your own hands and deleting someones thread is just the wrong way to approach things.

I get it, you may be thinking, well he only wronged avsterbone! Why should we change for him? Because this sort of thing will happen again. It's not a "let him off with a warning and hope". The question is not if he will do it again, it's when he will do it again.

I think that tjrgg and Doge are the best people for the Scam Resolver position. I've had arguments and disagreements with both, but we all still treat each other with respect, and don't hold grudges.

Please consider this, and add constructive thought. Do not start a flame war with me.

Basically, people are complaining M6 sometimes lets his emotions rule instead of using pure reason.
He constantly gets shit from loads of people, which is the most likely source of those outbursts.
If being human enough to have limits to the amount of shit you can take makes you deserving of a demote, then being the source of the shit makes you deserving of a ban.

M6 seems a professional individual when reviewing scam reports. If you have concerns on a scam report that was unrightfully denied, maybe it'd be better contacting BeBos instead?

"If then" statements actually have to have two things that are related to each other to work. The integrity of a moderator has nothing to do with what should be considered a bannable offense of a member.

Again, after telling you guys many times, there's no point in creating these threads if you don't even bother to PM me about these situations first. Staff reports like these should be dealt over PM at all times because creating threads usually gets people to jump on a bandwagon which isn't good.

Many people just hit agree for the sake of it, believe it or not. If a few people did that, you've created a bandwagon and the situation will only escalate from there.

You seem to be creating this entire thread for avsterbone. Weirdly enough even avsterbone is disagreeing with it so you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

If you feel a decision was taken wrongfully on your scam report, why didn't you contact me?

Your other 2 points were related to avsterbone and avsterbone alone, he disagrees with this thread so you choosing his side doesn't make sense at all as avsterbone clearly doesn't want M6Gaming demoted.


If you have a issue with a staff member, PM me. I deal with it every time in the way I think is correct.
