Budget?, and what do you need these plugins to do?

Anything from $0-$150 I have to play around with for plugins alone! I have a few ideas for different plugins that are needed.

One plugin I would like a chest to spawn randomly in the over world and it will come up in chat for everyone to see the cords of the chest. So like a loot drop randomly placed in the world somewhere and people would have to fight and battle to go find it. The chest would have some items in for the player to have.

Not for 1.5.2 and it would have to be compatable for mods unfortunately. So that's where the tricky part would come in

If the dev knows how to make it compatiable with mods . Then I might have a few dupe patches that I would need help with and that's where the real money comes in for each plugin. So that's where the $150 comes in. Only if they are capable of doing it.[DOUBLEPOST=1495720265][/DOUBLEPOST]

It's for the mod pack voltz, the force field mod keeps crashing my server when they get stuck inside the block. It's getting really annoying now!
