Developer for 50-100 playerbase server

I am the owner of MCVenomCraft and I'm looking for a developer who would want to be apart of our team.

I have been running servers for 5 years and have had this one for 2 years.

I need someone who is a very good developer, not just someone who can configure plugins or someone who barely knows how to code. I need very clean and well coded plugins, not just some trashy ones which are written poorly and cause a lot of lag.

Requirements:

• A lot of Experience
• Skillful enough to create ANY plugin

Pay: Either percentage or payment per plugin

How many plugins would u like done lets say every month?

1-3. Occasionally 4 but not they won't be major plugins like creating a new gamemode.
