Hi, you shouldn’t really need a experienced developer for this. There are pre existing live chat solutions available for free such as tawk.to instead of spending a lot of money on a web developer please try that ^ good luck!

Thank you for the suggestion. The only issue is, there are multiple other things we need to be integrated into the same dashboard and Tawk.to doesn't offer that. If they did, that would've been perfect for us. For the amount of customer service agents, we'd be hiring - my team would be pay upwards of $5-10k per year (for only 5 agents) plus more just for something such as Reamaze, Zendesk. We're looking for a large scale system that could do Email & Chat, with some other customized features that integrate into our future custom eCommerce platform. And, with over 500+ tickets coming in per day from our customers, it's important for us to be able to keep up with them. We decided it would be best to have our own customer service solution developed because overtime it would be both scalable and would EVENTUALLY save us money as we increase our team more and more.

I can def do this for you, dependent on your budget and backend, I'll either be able to do this myself or have one of my friends complete this at a more premium and higher cost.
