Developer! Medium Minecraft server!

Hi there! My name is Koen (ign: AfkClient)
I am looking for a Java Developer who wants to help with plugins on our server! This means making plugins, and helping to make everything work correctly, from simple things like permissionsex to setting up the BungeeCord for the server.

Because our budget isn't big, we can't pay you. But we can make a deal about a percentage of the server donations (from ranks and crate key's) that goes to you.

The name of our server is SkyFall and it is a Skyblock server! We have 15 people on in advantage and sometimes even 20! We released the server 2 days ago, and got over 120 euro yet, which we spended on plugins. We are planning a big update for the server soon, and that is where we need a good developer for, there are also comming a couple youtubers to the server, in a few weeks, so thats also why we want to have everything setted up correctly and some good plugins.

I remember when we used to have communities where people used to beg to become a developer and work for free (money was never mentioned) and people used to beg to build (again money was never mentioned). It was better then, now its turned into a community full of money hoes.

I totally agree on that! Money changed everything... Now a days even helping someone out with a problems costs money...

Someone tried to charge me for plugging some GFX into a template & another person tried to charge me for typing my name in an intro template. :(

Coding Minecraft plugins is just like a remote job you might as well say. No one wants to stay up for hours every night going to sleep late having one thing on their mind worrying them. And that's finishing the plugin before the deadline for free. No one wants to deal with that If they're not getting paid. That defeats the whole purpose of even becoming a developer. Would you want to go to work and not get paid because you're not "money hungry"? IDK about you but that's how some people pay their bills. Feed themselves and splurge when they've had a long day. Sure If it's a small plugin. We might do it for free just for a vouch for or something. But when It's something big with a lot of logic behind It that needs a lot of thinking before It can actually be coded, A lot of testing for bugs, And be constantly updated If the owner wants new features added. You're paying for that. Same thing goes for builders also.

You're working on a new minigame the owner has already paid you for. A bug comes up in another minigame. That's your main priority now because players can't play the current minigame until it's fixed. They complain about lag. Now you have to add that to your todo list to fix the lag issue. The owner is spamming you asking when is the new minigame done even though you're fixing bugs in the current minigame that's already public. The owner tells you permissions aren't working on so now you're up all night doing all these tasks. That shit gets stressful.
