Developer, Mod, Builder for KitPVP server - 30-40 players

Hello!
My KitPVP server needs staff. We Need Moderators, Builders, and Developers.
Positions will NOT be paid until the server starts making money [only applicable to Dev]
Requirements:

Moderator:
- 14+ years old
- Discord Account
- Some form of experience is preferred, but not required.
- Able to be active
- High levels of Cheat Detection, more specifically, PVP hacks [KillAura, Anti-KB, Reach, etc.]
In case you want to know, the prefix for moderator:

Builder:
- No real age requirement. Really just be older than 10 or 11 and you are OK
- Discord Account
- Again, experience is preferred, not required.
- Builds you have made before WITH PROOF! [Of you building it]

Developer:
- 16+ years old
- Discord Account
- Experience, again, preferred not required.
- Coding skills for plugins such as AntiCheat, Banning, etc. [Maybe Stats, Chat Formatting, etc. in the future]
