How many players do you average, you should atleast have a player base if you are UNPAYING FOR 3 HOURS OF WORK!
1-2 non-staff playing at once, as we are in beta. I like how twisted your logic is, if we had a big player base then we would pay obviously since we have a small player base we arent paying YET. also i have had several people interested

I'm sure it's possible to find developers who will work unpaid within reason. However, those developers are usually looking to build a portfolio. Most people on MC Market, especially developers/development teams, have large portfolios and experience, which usually comes with a price
I hope your server goes well, but try and understand where others are coming from when they get a bit mad when someone asks for an unpaid developer with that type of time constraint

I understand that some people have big resumes and portfolios, and that's cool and all, but they don't need to comment on my post being little crybabies just cause I'm asking for free work that they don't provide, it's not as if I asked them personally to do it for free, so they can just screw off instead of commenting their woes. as for finding people who will do it, I have gotten three potentials so far! there are plenty on hereI'm sure it's possible to find developers who will work unpaid within reason. what kind of plugins(& other things such as website?) do you need to be done, is there an actual plan for features to be added or are you deciding as you go?
