I am interested into dedicating a ton of time in being a developer specifically for Minecraft plug-ins. I know nothing about developing and i have a question for anyone with knowledge.

Where should I learn from?

Should I get lessons and from who?

Should I learn anything before minecraft developing?

If it's easy to recreate, then do it. And I hope you understand that a "developer" doesn't just make Bukkit plugins, get out of your small-vision box. I'm a backend developer and work on their live-server overwriting and server deployment, mainly networking.

If you had the slightest influx of knowledge you would realise your server that you work on isn't worth copying, it's not even unique, it's another random network server with a multitude of minigames.

Yet I still get paid on a weekly basis more than you do on a yearly basis? Explain how this other random network makes more money than you do? You wouldn't even be able to copy the backend of Shotbow lol, it's more than what you think.

I don't intend to make money, and I'm not even a developer, I'm trying to help another individual help and give him a few tips, you believe it's all about the money, don't you? You're another one of them immature, think they know it all developers, and I could copy Shotbow simply with public plugins, configuring and time and effort.

Your IQ must be below 15 obviously, if you think Shotbow is just plugins. You are missing so much more of how a network actually works, a Minecraft server network, or just a regular network in the first place. If you think a Minecraft server network is just a couple of shared-hosting servers thrown together using BungeeCord and a MySQL database with some public Spigot plugins, lad, I must tell you, you are retarded.

You still haven't told me what Shotbow acquires which other servers don't....

I've got enough friends, and my life is going pretty well. I make quite some bank, and I know a couple of my team's members in person too, since they live in The Netherlands, I also play football U17-1 at Sparta Rotterdam, which I feel pretty good about.
