1) Don't start programming by learning Bukkit, Many of us here probably made the same mistake, but trust me don't.
2) Since you're interested in Minecraft Plugin Development I would suggest learning Java since Minecraft is written the Java programming language.
3) Don't get discouraged, programming isn't about sitting in one place for 5 hours straight and writing what ever seems right. Programming takes time and effort, research, a good idea of what you want to do. Anyone who actually has plans to going into computer programming knows that you can't just write something up and expect it to be good or even work at all (for the most part, some things do become routine).
4) Learn at your own pace, Just because others learn faster doesn't mean your learning too slowly.
5) Become best friends with google. any and every single one of your problems has been asked about a hundred times, but you must know what to google.
6) This is probably the most important, Practice.
and to answer your question of where to learn, honestly there are thousands of videos on Youtube, Just type Java beginners and your half way there.
