I'm starting a MC Server Setup Team and I need some talented developers, configurators, builders, and Sale Reps.
We want to offer people a large range of Packages and Items to purchase.

Pay : If you are a Dev, Configurator, or a Builder, You will receive 80% of all commissions for all builds, plugins, config you do.
If you are a Sales Rep you will receive 10% of all customers you bring in. That's money for going around and replying to messages!

80% for developer is pretty average, 85% wouldn't hurt, but 80% is average. 5% for the sales rep is way too low though, I'd probably raise that.

I will be taking some cut of that but for the rest will be used to expand the service. (Website Hosting For the Company, Plugin Test Area, etc)
