I will be using a plugin called Skript to code this. It's free, barely takes up any RAM (unlike real plugins), and can be done much faster than a real Java coded plugin. Your choice!

Can you make me a plugin like the archon rank mission ,where you get a block of hay and you place it in war zone and the cow has 3 x more health and is really fast and when you kill it you get a item

This would not be too hard at all. Just time consuming which is more than an hour. If you really want this, the choice is to pay for it, I'm very cheap btw

Would it be possible for you to make me a practice plugin? It needs to have a kit editing option, unranked and ranked queues. Players also need to be able to do /duel [player name]. Thanks if you can make this happen.
