Developing Program

Hey MC-MARKET users! I am looking for a program that I can code, remake, and fork (not skid) plugins! Please post some links, videos, or information on any programs I can use. It can be free, or paid.

Most developers on here would use either IntelliJ or Eclipse for programming plugins, some may use VSCode. It completely depends on what your are wanting to code tho as different IDEs have different toolsets to help with certain languages.
