Development management/skilled configurator

Hey all!

As summertime is here, I have decided to reboot one of my old Skyblock servers, however, after all of this time, I am not entirely sure where I am wanting to start.

I am currently looking for either someone to manage the development of the server or a skilled configurator.

As the manager you would be in charge of leading the rest of the development on the server, whether that is coming up with an outline of how the servers final product should look, finding the right person to configure each plugin, checking other peoples work, or configuring the plugins yourself.

As the person configuring each plugin, you will be in charge of finding and configuring each plugin needed for the server.

I am looking to make the best Skyblock server experience, due to this I have a rather flexible budget.
