I am wanting to get in touch with a builder or a build team for a potential upcoming modded server. Server will be 1.7.10, therefore only those blocks can be used in this build. The build will be a spawn and I am not sure about the size that I would like. (Many builders are saying around 125x75). I have a budget of around $20-$30. No timespan deadline.

I am able to pay 50% before the build, this is fine. I would like the build to be delivered in the form of a world folder for the server.
