Disable giving reactions for new users who have joined within a week

I get really annoyed when 5 year olds register for mc-market, then when someone reacts to their posts with funny, they go around looking for every post that person has made and reacting with the same emoji. This is probably a bad suggestion but put restrictions on new people. There should be a 1 week wait time before (new) people can be repped. or maybe, for the first 2 weeks, they can only be repped once a day.

We already place plenty of restrictions on new accounts and I don't think that restricting user reactions for when they're new will do much good. It's already against our rules to misuse the reaction system so if someone does it please use the report button and a moderator will handle it.
