Disable trashing threads in the Giveaway/Contest Section

I recently saw an user trashing his own thread in the giveaway section when the end date was near, to prevent payout.

Example:

Do you want to win $20? Make a good 100x100 faction spawn. Best one wins!

After he received several 100x100 spawns, he trashes his own thread to prevent paying out $20.​

Thread trashing can't be disabled, but can be drastically reduced.

Thread trashing can't be disabled, but can be drastically reduced.

It can be disabled ONLY in the giveaway section,
in all other sections: thread trashing is fine.

Disable trashing in the giveaway section sounds like a good idea.
However, for the time being, please report the user and it will be dealt with. If your claims are true, the user will be warned (I believe false giveaway is instant suspension).
