So I have idea that I think is reasonable. The past view days Ive been seeing an enourmous amount of vulchers asking New Artist and Graphic Designers that have a portfolio and vouches for vouch copies I propose that we make it illegal to ask for vouch copies unless the Artist and or Graphic Designer specifies says they are doing vouch copies. Because as of right now new threads are being swarmed and spammed with people who just want some free stuff

That's much too subjective. What'll determine if they're new or not?
joindate and number of threads made in marketplace sections, I'd say. Anyway, I was talking about a provision, not a rule. I meant something where you can report a person that's asking for a vouch copy in the thread of a person that's not offering them.

Well no shit, Sherlock. But what time period? A couple months? A week?
Whether their new or not should't really matter. If they have enough vouches to convince you to have their trust then whether they're been here for a week or a year shouldn't matter. However to obtain a decent amount of vouches it does take time, so they will probably have been on the site for a while anyway.
So is this just for art and gfx?
I'd assume if this was implemented it would be a rule that applies to the whole forum.

Agreed! +1
Thought this would have already been a rule to be honest.

Well this should only be a rule of the op says no vouch copies.
Otherwise, IMO it's ok to ask for someone to prove their skills.

I think a good idea for this could be a limit on the number of vouch copies given. Say maybe 5 vouch copies per service? That seems like a fair way to get your name out on the market. Users should also only be allowed to ask for a VC if the OP of the service is allowing them.

It's weird how before ratings were made neutral which made the count different, this had way more agree ratings. I've seen this happen on multiple other suggestions as well. Seems like depending on the first few ratings, the majority will follow. But that's a suggestion for another time.

Anyway, I completely agree. I hate seeing people spam "Vouch copy?" "Vouch copy?" on literally every possible selling thread to get free stuff. If the seller chooses to offer vouch copies, then ask if you may claim one, but don't pester them about it.

Another thing I've been seeing people do is create threads like "Looking for X, Offering Vouch". That's some begging forum worthy stuff right there and it needs to stop.

Or....
We could just have a warning on top of the thread editor and have it so the OP has to say yes/no vouch copies. (Like previously stated)
