Discord Bot Needed

Looking for a discord bot to be created preferably in Python.

- If possible, I'd like to have the discord bot made for a shoutout in a discord server with 1k+ members, could bring potential customers, if not we can work something out.

What are the requirements?

- Preferably made in Python3 since I already have work done for the bot done in it.
- Tempban
- Bans
- Temp mutes
- Auto warn based off of a blacklisted word list in the bots files.
- Kicks
- Modlogs, basically tracks the users in which made punishments on users, their reason, and punishment given.
- Tickets
- Reation roles
- Clear a certain amount of messages based off of the command. For example, cs! purge 15
- Configurable moderators in a .txt file
