Discord Invites not Working.

I own a discord and I am not able to create a new invite, neither are my members.
All invite say expired.
Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Do you have permissions to? If not edit their role so they are able to. If not try using a channel invite that ALL members have access to. Hes a Gyazo image of the text channel invite

Yes, all the members have permissions.
I am the admin (owner) of the server and I can not create invites.
Someone told me my discord has been banned, though I have not received an email. Not sure what is going on.
