Introduction to the role​

My team and I are currently looking for an experienced individual to help us expand on our current server. We are looking for someone who has previous experience marketing a service or product towards a targeted audience, who also has new and innovative ideas to help our server and community.

About our discord server / service​

Our server currently has 5,600 members and is consistently growing in a somewhat fast pace, me and my team have exhausted most of our ideas around creating an active community and marketing our service. We sell discord advertisements focused around community / gaming servers who are looking to introduce new members into their server(s), we also offer services around social media / streaming to gain a wider customer range. More information on our methods and our current strategies will be given if you decide to enquire about the role.

What we need from you​

We need someone dedicated and moderately experienced around managing a discord community, preferably someone with marketing experience although it's not mandatory, as I said previously we are a community / giveaway based server which we will not be changing.

You should work alongside us to help improve the community, this includes but is not limited to events, community management, positive changes and marketing, all this will be done alongside our current management team.

Other Details​

Pay will be discussed privately, although it will only be a part / free time position, payment will not exceed $10 - $20 a week starting, although it may increase in the future, that's a maximum amount, I know a great deal for what's being asked, but I am open to negotiations.

I would prefer to only work with reputable users, unless you have a previous portfolio around the same type of work.
