Discord Permissions Issue

Hello!

I've been struggling to try to figure out what the issue is with these permissions!

As you can see in the clip, the user has the "Ticket Muted" role and that role does not have permissions to view the "#create-a-ticket" channel nor the category it's in yet the user can see both. I've been struggling with this for a few hours now and I have no idea what's wrong!

If you put the "Ticket Muted" role in front of player, The "Ticket Muted" role will override the "Player" role to see the tickets.

I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about, if it is the player role is already below "Ticket Muted"[DOUBLEPOST=1636420991][/DOUBLEPOST]

It's because they still have the player role assigned to them, and that role has access to the channel.

Is there any way to overrule the "Player" permissions whilst them keeping the rike?

I've just tested it in a private server and your current role permissions do not override the player as you wish them to. Player doesn't get overridden when the channel specific permission is set for both.

I looked into it and found this Fix the hierarchy of role permissions so they work again. – Discord I think this is my issue which means that my issue is unsolvable until discord returns to the old system, I appreciate your time and help!
