Discord Rank Sync Plugin

I'm looking for a plugin that allows me to sync my in-game account with my discord account.
What I want in the plugin:

- Ability to assign unlimited roles in the discord server
- Ability to add unlimited ranks in the config
- 1.7.10-1.8.9 Support
- MongoDB support
