I don't have a bank account linked so when I send money paypal usually has to process them. I legit said "I sent the money" and boom the cape is gone so i just cancelled the transaction.

You don't need a bank account linked for your money to be immediately processed. PayPal to PayPal is near instant.

Well I mean there's not cape on my account still usually you would be able to edit / change / move the cape on the account when you login but i cant login meaning he's moved it lol
