I make a scam report on a person last week... due to this scam report not being open to public view, another person gets scammed by the same person.

I left neg rep and all, but that's simply not enough.
Do the scam reports faster... anyone with a fair amount of rep can scam so many newbies and get away for it.

There Is a backlog.
However if he scammed someone after u left the neg rep saying he's a scammer isn't related to Staff/McMarket. It's because the kid didn't read the reputation Nor asked for it.
Backlog or not, they get through 2 scam reports a week. It'll be 2020 by the time they'll be done with 2018.

14 in this week, stop lying. Everyone has a life even the staff, they can't be 24/7 here
2 Pages of open scam reports, M6Gaming by himself had 2-3... you now have 3 staff members and it's only 2.
Last time Kram responded to a few of his were on Wednesday, BucketOfSloths on Tuesday.

The staff Is doing their Work properly.
They might be doing them too properly. As you said there is a backlog and other forums don't have a backlog anywhere near MCM's

It’s easy to say “why aren’t they being answered” or “do the scam reports faster”

It’s not as simple as it looks. Instead of the community complaining and telling us to go faster, give us constructive criticism. Do you suggest any way for the scam reports to go faster? It’s also harder than it looks to find scam resolvers, people that meet staff requirements are hard to find.

In addition to that staff have a life. We aren’t able to sit and do scam reports all day. If we open to many at once then you can’t do it long term. It’s easy to bang out reports in one day with everyone focusing on it. (Which is done often)
It’s harder with scam reports as they take longer and need more focus.

For one, I'm going to give you criticism outside of this, if you're going to kick me - kick all parties, especially the one initiating.
For two, it is as simple as it looks. The constructive criticism is to respond faster, I'm not saying respond to Scam Reports all day, but plan time accordingly.

Kram last responded to his SRs on Wednesday, BucketOfSloths on Tuesday.
If it's the people not responding to the scam reports, they can surely take on more in the time frame.
If it's not the people, then the only other issue would be staff themselves.

my 1 week scam report is still trying to be approved.

Maybe try working on preventing scams occurring the first place.

Do you have any suggestions that could be implemented on that topic? It’s easier said then done.
Possibly educating users on common scams, ways to prevent them.
