Is there someone on a grudge on me reporting my positive rep? and what's happening my reports use to get responded to within hours or days now weeks or months.

I don't know anyone's personal opinion of you. Staff do not go out of their way to remove reputation placed on or by a certain member, it is all done because it was reported by a regular member.

Reputation will always take longer to resolve because, unless the reputation is in clear violation of our rules, a reputation dispute needs to be opened between both users to come to a resolution. We were supposed to have an automated dispute system made quite a long time ago, but as almost all members are aware by now our developer has been completely inactive and other solutions are being looked into. Another reason that we have a long mod queue is simply inactivity of current staff members and lack of staff in general.

An application process is being opened soon, hopefully we have plenty of people here who want to do more than whine about the problems and contribute to making some change.
