My school has no bullying, at least not one that I could see. Actually, students tend to be more rude to teachers than to one another, and they seem to suck it up and forgive immediately even though they could get that kid’s ass fucked. They just want the children to succeed I guess rather than get revenge, so they too develop some kind of self humor, which contributes to class environment. (The more “superior” teachers seem to take offense and yell back at them and maybe even punish).
I think the school should interfere with bullying behavior even outside of it’s boundaries just like any other framework. If you were to being a bully and had a job, expect to be fired. In school, instead of kicking you out they try to educate you for a better behavior.
