I'm currently paying $5 for my dedicated IP on my current hosting. That would be $11 instead. I'm trying to save, not spend.

Oh no, if you want to pay for a dedi IP PER MONTH (optional) you pay 99cents per month. If you want to pay $9.99 ONE TIME, for a dedi IP you can!

My current hosting allows me to pay $5 one time purchase. Because I bought it for longer than a month.
