Doing Free Small Plugins

Hey, I have decided to stop investing as it has never worked out for me and go back to developing for money. I haven't made MC plugins for awhile but I am getting back into it and would like to make some small plugins to get out my rust. Just PM me or post the plugin you want made and I will see if I want to do it or not and then send you the plugin. - Shades

/title - opena GUI with list of titles
/title create <title> - create titles to be added to the GUI
/title set <player> <title> - sets a players title
/title remove <title> removes/deletes titles

In the config once you create a title you should be able to edit the title in any way possible as well as a section for each title to create a perm if need be for it. Of course all letters/numbers/characters/color codes r supported. And by "titles" I don't mean prefixes, these will be suffixes, After the players name not before

I need something very basic that all it does it change the title on the tablist, the header and footer...

You can make it say 'Example header' 'Example footer' and I can later change it in the code.
