I'm looking to point my Buycraft website to Enjin and have it so the website address is "store.mcsquads.net" - Can you do this? If so, let me know

You need to create some CNAME records. Here is the official Buycraft guide:

I don't think you need such a big Time Till Live (TTL)
And it will take up to 72 hours to update the DNS.

It doesn't take that long to update. If not a few hours it should be done in minutes.

"Up to" this can be if there is a fail with the top DNS servers, or the hosts DNS servers.

You realize, enjin is very annoyingly good at catching cname's to free enjin websites.
So you need to pay for enjin, and use the built-in dns to do this, sorry.
