The whole thing is using PHP. I'm not sure why you're questioning something that you won't be purchasing/able to purchase.

It's a nice domain and all, but how can it have relevance to anything?

It's kinda similar to the domain: "Teleport.Com" which is worth a lot. I'm willing to sell it around $20.
