I think there should be a message from staff addressing the 24+ hours of the site just not working for anyone

At the very least they need to address the rumors floating around that is was a DDos attack and what not.

By my personal account, the site was offline for around 17 hours and 10 minutes. I hope I get some sort of compensation for my ads that are still not showing

I never thought about the ads not being shown to the members.

Now something absolutely has to happen.

Unfortunately about 3 to 5 hours before the site went down, I changed my banner which removed my ad and set it to pending. My ad hasn't been visible for nearly a whole 24 hours

Considering it was showing CloudFlare errors, and verification was being sent to people logging in since they detected "unusual activity", I think it's safe to assume that it was a DDoS attack. However confirmation from the administrators would be nice.

I’m not even mad if the site was down because of an attack I just want some transparency from the staff team. A little heads up can go a long way in building trust between the community and the staff team.

Absolutely. If there's nothing from the staff team by tonight, I'd be very surprised and very disappointed.

Unfortunately that's how Mick is running the site, back when BeBosny was managing the site we always got notified (almost instantly) when there were any downtime and when the issue arrised it was always dealt with in timely manner ...unlike now. I truly don't understand why it's so hard to make a quick tweet: " There is an issue, the site will be back as soon as possible" this would save a lot of time/worries for people.

Personally I'll request to reimburse me for this downtime, I am not paying $20 a week when there is 24h downtime... and I suggest everyone who have ads running to do the same because if you won't request it you most likely won't receive anything...
