I know, this title may seem very clickbait, but believe me, its far from that.

I am looking to hire around 3 sales reps, your role will simply be to chase leads in the required fields (mainly graphic design, banner design, and web design) and bring me business.

Why 35% I hear you ask? Well, this is not a service team, It is me, and a couple of sales reps. cutting the service team "structure" as such, means there are no other cuts for other individuals.

How will you receive 35%? You will start off with a cut of 19%, this cut will increase by 2% per successful commission above $10usd, Your cut will increase constantly until you hit 35%, at this point. you will be reaching 35% cut of total costs, no matter what the value of the commission.

I won't hire people straight away, I will give some time for people to take a good read of this thread. I will still respond, and take into consideration your applications, skillset and past experience.
