Hello there, so here is a little bit about me. My name is Jakob, I am 16 years old and I am from Canada. Currently I am in high school (grade 11). Over the past 2 years I've worked at numerous servers, such as Netherite.gg where I was the staff manager for about 2 months, VanishSMP where I was a developer and the plugin manager for a little bit above 6 months. I also owned a server for about 7 months called "EdgeSMP".

Configuration Skills:

I've worked on a lot of different servers, in a variety of positions. Over the 2 years of experience I have I've had to learn about a lot of different plugins. Some simple ones like Essentials or Luckperms, to more advanced custom ones on servers that other servers may not have. While I owned and managed my server I did all the development/configuration myself as it was still quite small. I was able to familiarize myself with plugins and commands such as: Luckperms, Essentials, CoreProtect, ExcellentCrates/CratesPlus, McMMO, JobsReborn, Litebans, DeluxeTags, Skript and others. While I am definitely not the most experienced person, I do know the majority of general configuration of plugins.

Administration Skills: :

This is mainly where I specialize. I have a lot of staffing experience, a good chunk of which in administration or managerial positions. Like I mentioned in my introduction, I owned a server and I also was the staff manager for a fairly large server (100-200 players globally). My main experience is in Survival/Lifesteal servers, and I am very familiar and knowledgeable about these types of servers. I know how to run a staff team effectively, and minimizing issues within it. Within Staff Management, I can make staff/punishment guides, mentoring, handle promotions/demotions, hiring new staff, and handling media/content creator applications.

I am also comfortable in working in a Event or General Management position. I know both quite well, however I do not really have a lot of experience in Event Management. Within General Management I am capable of thinking of new ideas for the community, interaction with the community, holding community meetings, and some other things.
