First thing first, I am currently helping one of my close friends with this server. Its currently a 1.8.8 Factions / Skyblock server,My current rank on here is Admin however, I mainly handle the staff aspect of things. I've been working on this server with the Owner for about 4 weeks now, We still need all current staff roles 'Besides Manager,Admin and Head-Mod' we still need to think of a theme our server is going to be and lastly, we don't know how long it will take for our server to go public. For further questions on what all we are looking for please don't hesitate to join our discord!

How? You don't have custom plugins or builds since you're recruiting developers and builders. What's there in order for it to be "worth a shot"?

I am currently saving money from my job to go and around asking developers to make some small custom plugins however, since I haven't gotten paid I can't really advertise that our server will be paying these ranks. That would be lying and I really dislike doing that!

I suggest, find something your good at.
Once you find something your good at, don't do it for free.
Make money, either btc, paypal or real life cash and get a credit card/prepaid or gift card.
And work from there.

I was in the same ordeal as you, but I started charging for custom minecraft skins and so far
I've gotten over 300+ orders and have made over $800.00usd from it.
I pay my builders. My devs. And I'm looking for more lower-end staff.
Plus I have to pay per month to keep server up, logos/art, advertisement/youtubers, etc.

Thanks so much for the feeback, As I stated above I am currently saving money from my irl job, I currently get paid bi weekly so I can't really start advertising that we WILL be paying any of the following ranks till I actually do get paid!
