It was 8 months ago. Opening a ticket would of done nothing as it's your overselling/ hardware.

Keep in mind this is the typical MC-Market bashing, you should just ignore it - You're a part of a company that's 4+- years older than most other hosts here.. So don't worry.

Surprised you use those chassis, definitely some more economical options out there.

I never asked for proof lol. I said it could be hardware or you overselling. That's got nothing to do with site owned hardware.

It makes no sense for us to overload when we have access to countless boxes. We have NO NEED to overload.

Have you even tried sending in a ticket about it? If so, please let us review it. If it is something from our end, we would be happy to give you a discount or some some sort.
