This truly epic build provides the perfect opportunity for a highly unique server spawn or mini-games map. As a spawn, the numerous structures both on top of and inside this legendary beast could server as portals, shops or information areas, whilst the tethered airship gives a majestic viewpoint - an ideal position for any player's entry point.
In addition, this build has been successfully tested as a minigame map.

This build is being sold non-exclusively for a price of $50.

Purhcase it here from BlockWorks' online schematic store, http://www.schematicstore.com/

Sorry to burst your bubble, but multiple copies = less sales. Selling multiple copies is pointless.

Oh wait is it you selling this spawn, no it isn't. Why bother making a comment irrelevant to buying this. Sharing your opinion sure, but that doesn't take down his thread. Blockworks will sell various copies of this, since they have been in the business for quite a while and are well known outside of MC-Market. Don't worry about that :)

Yes because I haven't sold 280 copies of Factions at $15.
There's a very large difference between plugins and builds.

It's normal for plugins to be downloaded by thousands of servers if it's free, and sometimes hundreds, if premium. This is because if a server has a plugin, it doesn't necessarily make a huge difference if another server has it too (since it's considered normal).

When it comes to builds, the kind of people that would spend $50+ on a map, really wouldn't be looking for something that other servers have. As I said, planet minecraft has tons of builds that are stunning and extremely large such as this, that are free and downloadable. Why spend money on a build when you know you won't have it all to yourself (which is exactly the point of buying a pre-made build in the first place).

Clearly he's trying to do something that no one has done before. If we all just did what's "normal" and what others do, this world would be a pretty boring place :)

Firstly it's great to see you're so inspired by this topic max, many thanks for your responses.

From my personal experience $50 is not a large budget for many servers, furthermore maps are primarily bought to provide playable content. Indeed it's nice to have an exclusive showcase, something visual your server can identify with, however if you're a server network or minigames server then surely the priority is to give a diverse player experience - and if you can add a high quality map for relatively low cost then that could only benefit the player experience.

In addition as I've already explained you only need to look at the most popular maps across Minecraft's largest networks to see that exclusivity is not a factor at all in map popularity. So I guess the deciding factor in whether you buy into this concept is whether you prioritize your players or personal pride of having something exclusive.

But then again who am I to cast judgement about your wonderful insights max? It's a pleasure to receive them as always, I thoroughly look forward to your next pearl of percipience.

Says the guy that tries to hire me to do dev work for him then 10 minutes later offers to do paid dev work for anyone in the owners chat.

Fist off, I see no relevance to your comment, second, I am lazy so I wanted to see if you wanted to do a large project for me. But I see you don't enjoy being contracted, so I'll keep it in mind.

Bumping this.

Also a vouch for Blockworks.
There really is no reason in arguing with the seller. Anyone from Blockworks knows what they're doing. They are one of the most respected build teams in the game, period. You'll get a lot farther by respecting the community of builders, which includes Blockworks I might add, that is the backbone of the artistic elements that have played such a large role in making Minecraft as popular as it is today.
